Great career coaching changes lives and the 2026 NAWDP Summer Learning Series is designed to support the professionals behind that work. This summer, four expert-led sessions explore the full range of career coaching practice: building client confidence, navigating a turbulent labor market, applying trauma-informed approaches, and addressing unconscious bias in the workplace.

Whether you’re a seasoned coach or just starting out, each session delivers practical strategies you can bring directly to your clients starting with your very next conversation.

The series is open to career advisors, coaches, case managers, and anyone who supports job seekers on their career journey. Sessions are facilitated by Dr. Lakeisha Mathews, who brings expert insight and real-world workforce experience to every conversation.
