Know someone in the first few years of their workforce development career? The 2027 NAWDP New Professionals Cohort in Workforce Development is accepting applications starting August 1st.
This 12-month program is designed to support, empower, and engage early-career workforce professionals through monthly professional development sessions, peer networking, mentorship, and a real-world capstone project. Participants receive a Certificate of Completion, an industry mentor, and access to a national peer network upon graduation.
The program is open to workforce development professionals with 1–3 years of experience. NAWDP membership is required, and the cost is $500 for the full year.
