Summer Learning Series – Session 1: Career Coaching Best Practices

This interactive session introduces workforce professionals, career coaches, advisors, and helping practitioners to foundational coaching strategies and best practices for supporting clients through career and life transitions. Participants will explore practical coaching approaches, including strengths-based and solution-focused techniques, with a deeper focus on the GROW coaching model (Goals, Reality, Opportunities, and Way Forward). Through real-world scenarios and interactive activities, attendees will learn strategies to strengthen client engagement, accountability, goal setting, problem solving, and action planning across diverse populations and workforce settings.
