What We Accept and What We Don’t
NAWDP reviews all submitted advertisements to ensure they serve our community. Ads that don’t meet our guidelines will not be published, and NAWDP reserves the right to discontinue any advertising at its discretion.

Organizations whose work is related to the workforce development field, in NAWDP’s judgment- Content that offers tangible value or benefit to the NAWDP membership community
Not accepted
- Content that is inaccurate, misleading, or deceptive
- Content that is offensive, discriminatory, or inappropriate in tone
- Organizations that compete directly with NAWDP programs, certifications, events, or other offerings
- Ads linking to non-secure or non-professional websites
From Inquiry to Live Ad
1. Reach out to us
Email us to let us know which placement you’re interested in whether homepage, a specific landing page, standard or exclusive. We’re happy to answer questions and make a recommendation.
2. We confirm availability
We’ll check availability for your preferred placement and confirm the options. If your first choice is taken, we’ll suggest alternatives.
3. Receive your invoice
Once placement is confirmed, we’ll send an invoice. Your placement is secured upon receipt of payment. Advertisements are not confirmed until payment is received.
4. Submit your ad creative
Send your final ad image and destination URL. We’ll review it against our content guidelines and place it on the site. You’ll be notified when it goes live.
5. Update your creative monthly if needed
You can submit a new ad creative once per month per placement. Just send it to your NAWDP contact and we’ll update it promptly.
Cancellation of confirmed advertisements may result in forfeiture of fees. Please confirm your placement and creative before submitting payment.
Website Advertising FAQs
Yes, you can purchase placements on the homepage and multiple landing pages simultaneously. Many advertisers find that combining placements (for example, the Certification page and the Events & Training page) helps them reach members at multiple points in their professional journey. Each placement is purchased and priced separately.
Standard placement shares a page with up to two other advertisers, meaning up to three ads can run on the same page at once. Exclusive placement means your ad is the only one on that page, giving your brand the full attention of every visitor. Exclusive placements are priced higher and availability is limited.
Yes. When you reach out to us, let us know which topic area aligns best with your audience and goals, and we’ll confirm availability for that page. If you’re unsure which page is the best fit, we’re happy to make a recommendation based on your organization’s focus.
Creative updates are permitted once per month per placement. Simply send your updated ad image and (if changing) destination URL to your NAWDP contact, and we’ll update your placement. Updates must still meet all technical and content requirements.
Ads must be editorial-ready at the time of submission. We recommend having your creative finalized before confirming your placement. If you have questions about whether your creative meets our specs, reach out and we’ll take a look before you finalize.
We welcome advertisers whose products, services, or opportunities are professionally or educationally relevant to the workforce development community. This includes workforce technology vendors, training and certification providers, staffing and recruitment organizations, and others whose work aligns with NAWDP’s mission. We review all submissions and reserve the right to decline placements that don’t meet our content guidelines or that compete with NAWDP’s own programs and offerings.
Cancellation of confirmed website advertisements may result in forfeiture of fees. Advertisements are not confirmed until payment is received, so please make sure you’ve confirmed availability and are ready to proceed before submitting payment. If you have concerns about timing or commitment length, a shorter initial placement is the safest starting point.
Yes. The 3-month, 6-month, and 12-month discounts apply to homepage and landing page placements, both standard and exclusive. Use the promo code at checkout or mention it in your inquiry and we’ll apply it to your invoice.
