Bill Dowling is a proven and dynamic leader in Workforce Development. He began working as the Director of the Olympic Consortium Workforce Development Area, which serves the three-county region of Clallam, Jefferson, and Kitsap Counties in December of 2021. He has over 23 years of experience working in the Workforce and Economic Development arena. Previous to his relocation to Washington, Bill has served in a variety of different positions in Workforce and Economic Development in Springfield, MO, the state of Colorado, and Los Angeles, CA.
