Wesley Gregg is the Chief Operating Officer of Gaudin Motor Company, where he has dedicated more than two decades to advancing operational excellence, developing high-performing teams, and creating opportunities for the next generation of automotive professionals. Wesley began his automotive career in 2002 with Lithia Motors in Reno, Nevada, before joining Gaudin Ford in 2010. He became General Manager in 2012 and expanded his leadership role in 2023 to oversee both Gaudin Ford and Ford Country.
Recognizing the growing demand for skilled technicians and the barriers many individuals face when pursuing careers in the automotive industry, Wesley founded the Gaudin Technical Institute. In partnership with Gary Ackerman and Lisa Contreras, he leveraged dealership resources to create an affordable, hands-on training model that equips aspiring technicians with the technical skills, real-world experience, and career opportunities needed to succeed in a rapidly evolving industry.
Under Wesley’s leadership, Gaudin Ford and Ford Country have earned numerous prestigious recognitions, including multiple Ford President’s Awards, One Hundred Club honors, and Triple Crown distinctions—reflecting his commitment to excellence, innovation, and customer service.
