Trudy Matthews has served on the NAWDP Board since 2019. She is the Career Center Director at Payne-Pulliam School/Detroit At Work. She has committed over 32 years to the profession of Workforce Development and has successfully led progressive, life changing, andcultivating programs for the residents in the community. These programs are designed to empower customers with the proper tools and resources necessary to ensure success on their journey to self sufficiency. She earned her B.S. and MSA at CMU.
