Tiffanie Reeves

Tiffanie Reeves oversees Title I WIOA programs for adults, dislocated workers, and youth, including strategy planning, execution, and ensuring alignment with local workforce needs. She supervises staff and service providers, including career advisors and program consultants. She ensures program compliance, interpreting and implementing federal/state regulations, monitoring subrecipients, and managing corrective actions. Tiffanie manages budgets and diversifies funding, including developing grants, monitoring expenditures, and exploring new revenue sources. She builds and maintains partnerships with local employers, educational institutions, community organizations, and workforce partners.
Tiffanie represents and advocates WIOA programs to boards, stakeholders, and at state/regional/national forums. She
trains and mentors’ staff, overseeing professional development, compliance training, and performance expectations.
