As an extrovert who thrives behind the scenes, I strive to make Quality Assurance engaging and transformative for everyone involved. My creativity and out-of-the-box thinking drive me to develop unique training programs and foster staff engagement, aiming for top-tier performance and quality.

I’m proud to be a member of the National Association of Workforce Development Professionals (NAWDP) and a Certified Workforce Development Professional (CWDP).
