A Business Services Coordinator and Apprenticeship Specialist with the Champaign County Regional Planning Commission (CCRPC), serving Local Workforce Innovation Area 17 across a six-county region in East Central Illinois. Taylor specializes in connecting employers to workforce development solutions — including registered apprenticeships, incumbent worker training, and on-the-job training programs.

With a proven track record in employer engagement, apprenticeship program design, and multi-LWIA regional coordination, Taylor has helped employers access significant training funding, navigate DOL registration, and build sustainable talent pipelines.
