Taira Kollock

Taira Kollock is a Tuition Assistance Program Manager dedicated to advancing equitable access to education for underserved communities in the state of California. She currently leads a team of coordinators who manage tuition assistance applications that provide home childcare providers with up to $5,000 to pursue higher education and professional growth. Taira’s work empowers women to strengthen their childcare businesses while creating better outcomes for families and communities.
Beyond her professional role, Taira is deeply committed to youth development through church and community involvement, where she mentors and supports young people in achieving academic and personal success. Her passion lies in helping women and youth become the best versions of themselves through education, leadership, and opportunity.
