Susan Oney

Susan Oney is a seasoned workforce development leader with over 14 years of experience designing, managing, and evaluating programs that support justice-connected youth, adults, and underserved populations. She has successfully overseen more than $12 million in federally funded grants, maintaining a perfect record of compliance with no disallowed costs. Susan has deep expertise in Registered Apprenticeships, career and technical education, WIOA performance, and partnership development. She currently supports the implementation of healthcare career pathways, including CCMA and Pharmacy Technician training, through innovative employer and training provider collaborations. Susan has also provided technical assistance to state and local systems on data, equity, and credential attainment, and brings a practical, outcomes-driven approach to helping young people access sustainable careers in high-demand sectors.
