Steven Cong

Steven Cong is a nonprofit leader with over 10 years of experience in youth development, leadership development, and workforce development. He has served as a director in organizations that range from national fellowships like AmeriCorps to employment social enterprises like Juma Ventures. He brings valuable experience supervising both early career professionals and mid-level managers in multiple workforce development organizations. Complementing these experiences are his certifications in both training facilitation and nonprofit management through the California School Age Consortium and the Institute for Nonprofit Practice.
