Simone Harrison

Simone Harrison is a Youth Development Program Instructor with a passion for empowering young people through job readiness training and meaningful mentorship. With a degree in Business Administration from Bowie State University, Simone combines academic knowledge with hands-on experience to prepare youth for success in today’s workforce. As a proud product of Prince George’s County Youth Services, including Youth@Work and the Summer Youth Enrichment Program, she brings a unique, personal perspective to her work. Early in her workforce development career, Simone is driven by a commitment to quality over quantity and guided by her motto, YOLO (You Only Live Once), which fuels her authentic and energetic approach to youth engagement. She is dedicated to helping young people build the skills, confidence, and digital awareness necessary to navigate the future of work.
