With over 15 years of dedicated experience in youth work and nonprofit leadership, I proudly serve as the Program Manager at the Metro South/West Workforce Board – Youth Connections. My journey began in youth-driven community programs, where I discovered my passion for youth work, setting me on a path of lifelong commitment to this field.
I hold a bachelor’s degree in science and a master’s degree in business from Johnson and Wales University, and my heart has always been in the nonprofit sector, where I believe I can make the greatest impact.
Throughout my career, I have been deeply involved in youth programs, driven by a commitment to nurturing young talent and fostering their development. My professional journey has been enriched by encounters with leaders across various sectors have enriched my professional journey, shaping my values and perspectives on the world. I try to approach each day with a unique lens forged by my diverse experiences, both professional and personal.
Outside of my professional life, I find joy in traveling, exploring new culinary adventures through baking, and cherishing moments with my young child, who continually inspires me to strive for personal growth and community betterment. My dedication to youth empowerment and nonprofit advocacy reflects my belief in the transformative power of education, mentorship, and community engagement.
