Sarah Pompeii

Sarah Pompeii is a Business Development Representative for Arapahoe/Douglas Works! in Colorado, specializing in local business development and relations alongside assisting in the development program of work-based learning opportunties with the Colorado Works (TANF) Program. Sarah holds a Bachelor of Science from Kent State University where she focused on communications and journalism.

In her role, Sarah partners with TANF teams to develop paid learning opportunities with local businesses to create mutually beneficial opportunities that enhance economic growth and provide a pathway forward for job seekers. Her goal is to strengthen community partnerships and help those struggling to find their path towards stability.
