I am excited to participate in the Leadership Academy because it offers an opportunity to strengthen my leadership skills and broaden my perspective on strategic decision-making. I want to learn and apply best practices to the Hillsborough and Pinellas counties to ensure our residents receive the highest quality workforce development services.
