Rose Hilt

Rose Hilt is a Workforce Development Manager leading the Employer Partnership and Training Catalog teams for the San Antonio Ready to Work program at the City of San Antonio. She is instrumental in building strong connections between local employers and job-ready participants, creating training cohorts, and implementing innovative engagement strategies. Rose also serves as a city trainer, instructing new employees on customer service expectations. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management, a second Bachelor in Marketing, and an MBA. Outside of work, Rose is a mom to two boys and has been married to her veteran husband for 10 years. An animal lover at heart, she owns 3 German Shepard’s and a feisty black cat.
