Bio:
Rasha Dalbah Kaplan is the Program Director of the Industry Scholars Program at Grant Associates, working in partnership with New York City Public Schools’ FutureReadyNYC and Career & Technical Education initiatives. In this role, she connects thousands of NYC high school students to career pathways in high-demand industries through meaningful work-based learning opportunities that prepare them for long-term success.
With over a decade of experience designing and managing impactful programs, Rasha has dedicated her career to creating equitable career-connected learning opportunities for youth. She has a deep understanding of the importance of sustaining partnerships that bridge education and industry to expand access for historically underserved communities.
Previously, Rasha served at The City University of New York, where she led initiatives linking students to competitive careers in financial services and social services. Before joining CUNY, she held key leadership roles at youth-serving nonprofit organizations, including Basta, OneGoal, and SEO Scholars, where she expanded programs that supported students in attaining postsecondary degrees and achieving career success.
Throughout her career, Rasha has collaborated with schools, employers, and community organizations to foster belonging and empower youth to thrive in competitive spaces. As a first-generation college graduate, her personal journey fuels her commitment to equitable access and inclusion. Rasha holds
