Rachael Albaugh

Hello, my name is Rachael Albaugh, and I currently serve as an AASCE Career Coach at Chesapeake High School. In this role, I support high school students in developing comprehensive post-secondary plans and building essential workforce development skills to prepare them for success after graduation.

Prior to joining AAWDC, I worked as a Career Transition Readiness Coordinator with Job Corps, where I guided students in aligning with advanced training opportunities, workforce readiness topics, and securing apprenticeship and internship placements.

Before transitioning into workforce development, I gained extensive experience in leadership and coaching, from entry-level management to regional leadership roles. Throughout my career, I’ve mentored and developed employees into meaningful, career-advancing positions. Through that journey, I discovered my true passion: empowering others to uncover their unique talents and turn them into purposeful, fulfilling careers.
