Perla DeBaggins

Perla is a passionate advocate for expanding access to STEM education and building inclusive pathways into high-demand industries, with a focus on semiconductor and microelectronics careers. At SEMI, she leads initiatives that raise awareness of careers in the semiconductor industry in Arizona, including the creation of SEMIquest—an interactive pop-up experience designed to engage and inspire the next generation through hands-on exploration and industry exposure.

She is dedicated to building partnerships between education and industry, ensuring students across Arizona have access to the resources and opportunities needed to succeed. Her work includes supporting workforce development programs, and driving student engagement through creative outreach.
