Paul Kratzer had a long career in the LAUSD Division of Adult and Career Education where he served as a workforce navigator. As a navigator he assisted students to take advantage of local workforce services and assisted workforce clients to take advantage of adult education services. After retirement, he started working for CASAS. His focus is on developing and promoting the CASAS eWORKs program and supporting our Workforce Development partners and eWORKs users.
