With over 20 years of experience in education and workforce development, Odile has cultivated a comprehensive understanding of both credit and noncredit programs across diverse learning environments—including online, on-campus, remote, hybrid, accelerated, and cohort-based formats. Her work spans programming, admissions, registration, transfer evaluations, advising, career services, financial aid, and business operations.

Odile is known for thinking beyond convention, bringing creativity and strategic insight to every initiative. She is passionate about empowering individuals to achieve their full potential and specializes in process improvement, program innovation, and systems change.
