Nicole Graham serves as the Executive Director of Lumina Las Vegas, where she leads a dedicated team committed to delivering exceptional senior living experiences through compassionate care, operational excellence, and innovative leadership. With more than 15 years of experience in senior living, Nicole has built her career across skilled nursing, rehabilitation, assisted living, and memory care, developing expertise in operations, quality assurance, training, marketing, and resident-centered care.

A passionate advocate for leadership development and organizational culture, Nicole believes that investing in people is the foundation of exceptional service. She is committed to fostering high-performing teams, creating opportunities for professional growth, and cultivating a workplace where employees are empowered to make a meaningful difference in the lives of residents and their families. Her leadership has helped advance innovative approaches to care while supporting the evolving workforce needs of the senior living industry.

Nicole’s commitment to excellence has earned statewide and industry recognition, including being named a 2025 Memory Care Innovation Award recipient by Senior Housing News for her leadership and contributions to advancing cognitive care. She holds a Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration from the University of Phoenix, is a certified CPR and First Aid instructor, and completed the Leadership Advance program through the Leadership Foundation of Greater Las Vegas. Through her work, Nicole continues to demonstrate how strong leadership, workforce development, and a people-first culture create lasting impact for both employees and the communities they serve.
