Michelle Griebler

A dedicated Workforce Development Professional with over thirty years of experience in workforce development. Currently serving as the Executive Director at The Land of Lincoln Workforce Alliance in Springfield, Illinois, she oversees all operations including career and business services, grant performance metrics, and also collaborates in building strategic partnerships between businesses, educational institutions, and community organizations.

Michelle plays a key role in award-winning initiatives—such as the LLWA partnership with the Illinois Manufacturing Excellence Center (IMEC)—which deliver highly customized training solutions to upskill regional labor and strengthen the manufacturing sector. She is an Army Veteran, holds a degree in Psychology, is a member of the Illinois Workforce Association, and also serves on the Sangamon County Community Services Block Grant Advisory Council Board. Her leadership centers around coming from a place of “yes” mindset.
