Mariel Corona

Mariel Corona is a nonprofit leader and strategist with deep experience in scaling mission-driven programs, building cross-sector partnerships, and strengthening community-based organizations. Her work is rooted in commitment to advancing equity and building sustainable solutions and consulting community-based organizations on scaling impact, strengthening infrastructure, and developing replicable, mission-aligned models. Mariel previously served as director of an employment-focused social enterprise, where she led business development, operational oversight, team development, innovative workforce initiatives, and team strategy—creating pathways to employment for individuals facing systemic barriers. Mariel also brings a strong foundation in higher education, having served as adjunct faculty and supported student success through curriculum development and academic advising at the postsecondary level.
