Maria Posey

Maria Posey is Founder and CEO of Viking Impact Advisors, a women-owned consulting firm based in Northern Virginia. She partners with workforce boards, nonprofits, and public agencies to design and implement data-driven strategies that meet compliance standards, improve program outcomes and expand economic mobility. Her areas of expertise include program evaluation, fund diversification, and strategic planning. With more than 15 years of experience in workforce development, data analysis, fund development, and project management, Maria has led initiatives with local, state, and national partners to strengthen programs, refine operations, and deliver measurable impact. A skilled facilitator and trainer – including as adjunct faculty with Georgetown University’s center for public and nonprofit leadership – Maria is often called on to help teams and leaders explore new perspectives, turn challenges into opportunities, and gain clarity amidst uncertainty.
