Leniel Garner began working in workforce development roles in 2016 when he joined the PPWFC team as a Disabled Veteran Outreach Specialist helping homeless veterans and other vets facing barriers to employment. In 2019 Len became the PPWFC Young Adult Job Coach working with WIOA youth in paid work experiences and subsequent job searches. He began working as the PPWFC Career Coach under the Coaching Collaborative in 2022 and continues helping jobseekers as a free range career coach since on the PPWFC Business Services Team.
