Latriece Clark

Latriece Clark is an accomplished program leader, educator, and strategist with extensive experience in program development, workforce initiatives, career coaching, and talent cultivation within diverse communities. Currently a Program Manager at EDSI Solutions, she oversees a team of JFES and WIOA Career Advisors, drives compliance with federal program guidelines, and helps to build strategic pipelines connecting participants to employers and community partners.

Latriece’s career is distinguished by her ability to design innovative, data-driven programs that promote educational advancement, workforce readiness, and community empowerment. As Director of Special Projects at ReadyCT, she led the development of career-connected learning initiatives, forged partnerships with post-secondary and industry stakeholders, and co-designed statewide K-12 innovation strategies—including a standardized professional development curriculum for high school students.

Her leadership background spans nonprofit management, professional development, employee training, and community-centered program design. Latriece’s work is grounded in evidence-based practices and participatory research methodologies. She has contributed to publications on anti-racism, community psychology, and positive youth development, and has presented her work at national and international conferences.
