Latresia Williams is a workforce development leader with 23 years of experience overseeing federally and state-funded workforce programs across Texas. She currently serves as Project Director for Workforce Solutions Brazos Valley under Serco of Texas, Inc., providing strategic leadership for WIOA Adult, Dislocated Worker, and Youth programs, SNAP Employment & Training, TANF/Choices, Child Care Services, RESEA, and Business Services. Latresia is recognized for her collaborative leadership style, strong operational oversight, and commitment to performance excellence and compliance. She leads with a focus on accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement to strengthen service delivery, develop high-performing teams, and expand equitable access to workforce opportunities for job seekers and employers.
