Latonya English serves as the Executive Director of Virginia Career Works, leading strategic initiatives, operations, and policy implementation for the region’s workforce centers within the largest Workforce Development Board in Virginia. With nearly 20 years in the workforce profession, her journey began as a recipient of youth services in South Carolina. She has worked at the local level in positions of increasing responsibility, igniting her passion for workforce development, which has guided her career.
