LaDonna Griggs Arledge

LaDonna Arledge, a University of Louisville graduate with an M. Ed. in Learning and Behavior Disorders, taught special education for 31 years. Throughout her teaching career, she recognized a critical gap in transitioning students from school to the workforce. Passionate about improving post-secondary outcomes, LaDonna became a career coach in 2018. Her passion lies in helping students gain the skills and support needed for successful, independent futures beyond the classroom.
