Kristi D. Hornick, CWDP, is the Program Supervisor for the Parents to Work Program at Arapahoe/Douglas Works! where she leads family-centered workforce initiatives supporting custodial and non-custodial parents in achieving sustainable employment. With nearly 20 years of experience in workforce development, she brings deep expertise in system collaboration, equity-centered service delivery, and supporting justice-involved populations. Outside of work, Kristi enjoys hiking, gardening, traveling, attending concerts, and cheering on her beloved Indiana Hoosiers.
