Kira Nolan

Kira Nolan is a Program Administrator on MassCEC’s Workforce Development, Training and Small Business Support Team, supporting equity-centered workforce and small business development through the CUBS program. Prior to joining MassCEC, Kira worked with the Center for Impact Finance, supporting research on how CDFIs and impact investors can leverage the Greenhouse Gas Reduction Fund to deliver community-development benefits for low-income and disadvantaged communities. She holds a Master’s degree in Public Policy from the University of New Hampshire.
