Bio:
Dr. Kim Butler Willis is the Founder and Co-Managing Director of GOODSTOCK Consulting, LLC, an organizational development firm specializing in strategic planning, project management, community engagement and training and facilitation in the Southeast US.
Dr. Willis previously served as the inaugural Senior Vice President of Patient Care Operations at Planned Parenthood of Michigan. At Planned Parenthood, she provided strategic oversight and guidance for all clinical and laboratory operations over 14 sites. She was also the inaugural Director of Community Health at Roper St. Francis Healthcare in Charleston, SC for over seven years. In this role, her team was nationally recognized by the Department of Health and Human Services’ Health Resources and Services Administration HIV/AIDS Bureau in 2016, 2017, and 2018 for leading high-quality care initiatives, patient-centered healthcare strategies, and noteworthy strategic planning, community/patient engagement, and federal spending.
As a native of Hollywood, SC – a small, rural town outside of Charleston – Kim is passionate about community health for underserved populations and committed to fighting for equitable health opportunities for all.
