Kendra Britto

Kendra Britto is an Educator and Community Impact leader. She was born and raised in Brooklyn, NY, but has made NC her home for the past 17 years. She has an undergraduate degree in Education, a Post Baccalaureate Certificate in Nonprofit Management and a Master Degree of Education. She has worked in the education / workforce development industry for over 18 years and has a sincere passion to help individuals succeed and realize their full potential. Kendra currently serves as the City of Charlotte Career Navigation Coach where she provides career coaching to City employees as well as serves as the Central Piedmont Liaison for the tuition prepayment program. Her professional focus has been in the skilled trades and public service sector, and she works diligently to help employees upskill and reskill to advance in their careers. She is passionate about workforce development because it allows for economic mobility that not only creates employment opportunities but security and confidence for families and generations ahead.
