Kellye McKenzie

Kellye McKenzie currently serves as Founder & Managing Director of GOODSTOCK Consulting, a role that both punctuates and amplifies her abilities to: create new and build upon existing strategies, systems and programs quickly and effectively; translate theory into practice (enabling individuals to see the unique roles that they can play both driving progress and sustaining change); and convene and lead groups of diverse people with competing priorities towards common goals.

Prior to working with GOODSTOCK, served as Advisor & Trainer at the Association for Black Foundation Executives (ABFE), a role in which she facilitated ABFE’s Racial Equity workshop to over 400 participants representing 20+ national foundations and nonprofit organizations, and conducted client capacity building and coaching in support of integrating racial equity and justice practices into philanthropic investment strategies and organizational policies and procedures.

She spent nearly a decade in Washington, D.C. working in various areas of public health. She served as Executive Director of Peer Health Exchange, Washington, D.C., leading fundraising and strategic development, and supporting the training of over 260 college students to teach a skills-based curriculum to 2,000+ students in low-income high schools. She also served as the Washington, D.C. Executive Director of Wyman Center.
