Keisha Katz is a leader in talent development in the media industry, serving as Senior Director of Workforce Partnerships at Reel Works. She started and leads MediaMKRS, partnering with Paramount, Netflix, Amazon, unions, and universities to create inclusive career pathways. An experienced documentary television producer, she also serves on the New York Production Alliance Board.
