I’m excited to participate in the NAWDP Leadership Academy to strengthen my leadership capacity and drive meaningful innovation in workforce development. Even with 18 years of experience, I recognize the ongoing opportunity to learn and discover new approaches within the ever-changing workforce development landscape.
