Kathleen Mahoney

Kathy Mahoney is a retired Navy Captain with 24 years of service, including 20 years in Human Resources. She now works as an Inclusion Consultant at Specialisterne USA, passionate about building workplace systems that unlock human potential.

Throughout her career, Kathy has been dedicated to creating inclusive workplaces where diverse talent thrives based on merit and actual capability. She believes that when we design systems with everyone in mind, we unlock potential in ways traditional approaches never can.
