Justin Van Zerber

Justin supports the connections of government and private partnerships with ESEs across the CA RISE program. These connections help fortify the long-term impact ESEs have on our most under-resourced communities. His background includes domestic and international workforce development program experience from his time in the Peace Corps and his efforts to strengthen pathways for some of the most vulnerable populations in Alameda County. He holds an MBA from CSUEB College of Business and Economics and a bachelor’s in biomedical sciences from Western Michigan University.
