Julia Dattolo

Julia Dattolo is President and Chief Executive Officer of CareerSource Palm Beach County, where she leads one of Florida’s largest workforce development organizations. A retired U.S. Navy Nurse Corps officer with 22 years of military service, Julia brings more than three decades of executive leadership experience spanning healthcare, public service, workforce development, and nonprofit leadership. She is recognized for building high-impact partnerships and developing innovative workforce solutions that support both businesses and job seekers. Julia serves on numerous local, state, and national boards and is a passionate advocate for workforce innovation, veterans, and economic development. Her leadership has helped position CareerSource Palm Beach County as a nationally recognized leader in workforce excellence.
