Jo Miller

I’m really excited to be accepted into the 2026 NAWDP Leadership Academy cohort and grateful for the opportunity to build on my knowledge & skills, go beyond my day-to-day coordination, and grow into a more strategic leader for our region who can shape systems and influence policy. Learning alongside peers who truly understand the challenges of workforce development will give me fresh ideas and practical tools to strengthen partnerships, streamline processes, and better support employers, educators, and job seekers. I’m looking forward to bringing that energy and insight back to the five counties I serve and using it to expand meaningful apprenticeship and workforce opportunities across our region!
