I applied to the NAWDP New Professionals Cohort because I am committed to strengthening my impact within the workforce development field and connecting with peers who share a passion for expanding economic opportunity. As someone who works to bridge noncredit and credit learning pathways, implement innovative technologies, and support adult learners and second-chance job seekers, I see this cohort as a chance to deepen my foundational knowledge, learn best practices from experienced leaders, and build relationships that will support both my professional growth and the broader workforce development ecosystem. I hope to gain practical insight into career pathways, strengthen my ability to lead strategic initiatives, and contribute to shaping a more inclusive and future-ready workforce system.
