Jessica Issoufou

Jessica Issoufou currently serves as the Deputy Director of Workforce Services at WorkSource Montgomery, where she leads the development and implementation of strategic initiatives to enhance workforce development programs. In her role, she oversees all program operations, business solutions, and community impact efforts.
With more than 20 years of progressive experience in people management, program management, operations, and workforce development across start-up, nonprofit, for-profit, and government settings, Jessica brings a wealth of expertise and a strong track record of results to her position.
Jessica is passionate about lifelong learning and believes deeply in the power of education and employment to transform lives. She is a strong advocate for equity and inclusion in the workplace and is committed to creating environments where all individuals have the opportunity to succeed. Throughout her career, Jessica has been recognized for her results-oriented leadership, successfully leading initiatives that have increased employment rates, enhanced job retention, and expanded career advancement opportunities for countless individuals.
Jessica holds a bachelor’s degree in Political Science and International Studies from Elmira College and a master’s degree in Social Work from the University of Pennsylvania.
