Jaime-Alexis Fowler

Jaime-Alexis Fowler is the founder and CEO of Empower Work, a national nonprofit on a mission to build healthy, equitable workplaces. Empower Work provides critical resources for vulnerable workers including a first-of-its-kind text line, builds skills through training, and transforms practices through data and storytelling. With a background in scaling impact at high-growth NGOs, she is a recognized expert on worker needs and the future of work. Jaime-Alexis has been honored as a JFF Innovator to Watch and served as a Distinguished Visitor in Public Interest Technology at Stanford University.
