Hope Cross

Hope has a lifetime of personal experience and over 24 years of professional experience that have been cultivated to help her develop into a multi-dimensional leader who serves the most underserved populations throughout Florida and train organizations throughout the United States.

Hope helps organizations within the fields of workforce development, corrections and reentry, and social services strengthen their client engagement, enhance client rapport, and magnify client and organizational success rates with a blend of Trauma-Informed Care Practices, Resiliency Elements, Character Building, Motivational Interviewing, and out-of-the-box navigation.

She travels throughout the United States to train, coach, consult, and provide keynote services to organizations serving underserved and justice-impacted communities.

She is the author of Beyond the Barbed Wire: Reentry ~ Resiliency ~ Restoration and Beyond the Barbed Wire: Cultivating Character that Overcomes, she is scheduled to release her third book, RADICAL, and her fourth book, Beyond the Barbed Wire: Faith Foundations in Fall of 2025.

Her purpose-driven mission is to use her experience and skillset to snuff out radical darkness by cultivating radical hope.
