Heather Soileau

Heather is a Project Associate with the online training company, Dynamic Works Institute. She has over 16 years of experience in workforce development and has served in roles at the local, state, and corporate levels.

Heather started in workforce development in California but now lives in Florida where she continues to support staff development across the country. She specializes in quality assurance, instructional design, training facilitation, and coaching those who serve youth. Heather would describe herself as a builder of people, systems, & solutions that help others thrive.
