Her approach is rooted in collaboration, multidisciplinary problem-solving, and creating environments where young people can rebuild confidence, discover their strengths, and pursue meaningful futures.
Hannah has served as a national facilitator for the JAG National Youth Leadership Academy in Washington, D.C., supporting more than 1,500 youth through leadership development and experiential learning. She was also a recurring workshop presenter at the Young Women of Color Conference, teaching empowerment and career-focused sessions for emerging leaders.
Beyond her leadership at The Opportunity Center, Hannah serves on the Board of Directors for Texas Federation for the People, supporting re-entry and justice transformation across the state. She is also the founder of New Village Consulting, where she has spent 13 years leading projects across workforce development, community engagement, and organizational strategy.
A strategic, people-centered leader, Hannah is known for building strong teams, cultivating partnerships, and strengthening systems that serve vulnerable youth.
