Greg Gilbert

Greg Gilbert is the Founder and School Director of the Welding School of Nevada, where he is committed to preparing the next generation of skilled welders through hands-on, industry-driven training. After spending more than two decades as a contractor in Southern Nevada, Greg recognized a growing shortage of qualified welders and set out to create a practical solution by establishing a training program that equips students with the technical skills employers need.

As School Director, Greg oversees instruction, student success, and employer partnerships, ensuring students receive real-world experience in a supportive learning environment that aligns with industry standards and workforce demands. Under his leadership, the Welding School of Nevada has become known for its small class sizes, personalized instruction, and career-focused approach that helps graduates transition into high-demand welding careers.

A strong advocate for skilled trades and workforce development, Greg believes that expanding access to quality training creates opportunities for individuals while strengthening the industries that depend on a highly skilled workforce.
